Crazy Beach Day

Yesterday Meg and I were so excited to go to the beach and spend the day relaxing in the sun, until we got there and saw the waves! The tide was the highest I have ever seen at Huntington and the rip current was insane! We told the kids no boggy boarding until the water looked better. After being there for an hour and a half we decide to leave and just go to the pool. At one o'clock we left the beach. We took the kids to Meg's pool to play which they loved. That afternoon we found out that a boggy boarder was killed at Newport Beach. After 2 years of living here I can say the ocean is amazing but if your going to be in it you have to learn how powerful it is.
